A top Lincoln restaurant, named ‘Best Restaurant’ for 2011/12 , in the first year of being open. These Taste of Excellence Awards are published by Lincolnshire Life. Taste of Excellence aims to promote the county’s exceptional food and drink industry. It’s awards reward those who have reached the highest culinary standards.  Reform has featured every year in the top three Restaurants in Lincolnshire. It is one of the best places to eat in Lincoln. From then Reform has aimed to stay top of its game by winning Restaurant of the Year in 2015/16, multiple gold awards up to present day, and our Head Chef winning Chef of the Year in 2018/19.

We have consistently come in the top three in this category showing consistency in our product.

Multi-award winning Head Chef, Simon Hibberd and his experienced team are committed to providing the very highest standard of service and innovative cuisine.

Simon won the great honour of winning the best Chef in Lincolnshire in 2018, a tribute to his skill and ability.

The Reform in Lincoln is open for Lunch and Dinner Wednesday to Saturday, and for Sunday Lunch in Lincoln

Food & drink menus

All of our dishes include fresh, seasonal ingredients and we aim to use local produce wherever possible. It is important to us that local businesses support each other. And local produce has a unique taste which you just can’t get anywhere else.

The Reform is ideal if you want to have a relaxed evening meal with someone special. The Castle Bar is also part of the Castle Hotel and is perfect for a bite to eat after exploring Lincoln for the day.
